Japan Golf Tours is partnering with our friends at Best Drive Studio in Osaka to offer official Miura Giken golf club fittings for visitors to Japan.
Each 2-hour Miura fitting experience will be conducted entirely in English and Best Drive Studio is an official Miura Giken Fitting Studio. The fitting fee is ¥16,500 including tax and you will receive a free gift courtesy of Best Drive Studio.
Your Miura Giken certified fitter will be Shuhei Ojiro. Before opening Best Drive Studio, Shuhei was a Fujikura shaft sales rep, so he can also help you choose the perfect shaft for your Miura irons. Best Drive Studio offers over 200 shaft options.
Miura irons are considered by many to be some of the best golf clubs in the world. This is your chance to try them out and take a custom fitted set of Miura irons home with you from Japan!
Best Drive Studio also offers putter fittings if you want to treat yourself. Shuhei can help you find the putter that best fits your stroke. You can try ARGOLF, L.A.B. Golf and Scotty Cameron putters and get some professional advice to shave strokes off on the greens!
Best Drive Studio is only 10 minutes on foot from Osaka Station in Umeda!

Miura Giken Fitting FAQ
How long is a Miura Giken fitting session?
Each fitting is a 2-hour booking at Best Drive Studio. If there is time remaining in your session after the fitting, you can try some putters or work on your swing with the professional fitter/instructor.
How long will it take for the clubs to be assembled?
Standard clubs can be assembled in 3-7 working days.
Special orders, with adjusted lie angles or a custom finish may require 2-3 months to prepare.
Are clubs made to order?
Yes, all clubs are made to order based on your fitting results and preferences.
Do the fitters speak English?
Yes, the fitting will be conducted in English by the Best Drive Studio staff.
How much is the fitting fee?
The fitting fee is ¥16,500 including tax.
Is the amount of the fitting fee deducted from the final price of the clubs if I order a set of irons?
No, the fee is for the 2-hour fitting session only and the fee will not be deducted from the final club cost.
Is payment required in advance or when the clubs are ready?
Payment must be made in advance by credit card before the clubs are assembled.
Are the clubs a tax-free purchase?
Custom Miura Giken golf clubs are not tax-free purchases.
Can I purchase club heads only?
No, only fully assembled clubs can be purchased.
You cannot purchase clubs heads only.
Can I purchase individual clubs or do I have to purchase a full set?
Single clubs can be purchased.
Can my clubs be shipped to my home country once they are ready?
Best Drive Studio will only ship domestically to your hotel in Japan.
Overseas shipping is not provided by Best Drive Studio and must be arranged separately.
